I typically don't take the time to write an on-line review but a recent experience was too good to not address. We had several existing Hunter Douglas shades, each with some issues. We also upgraded a number of older windows and were in need of new window treatments. We had used Sunco years back for another shade and were quite pleased. Frank, the owner, came out to address the broken shades and spent well over an hour with my wife and I discussing new shade options. Once everything was decided, Frank placed the order and took the broken shades to have them repaired. Fortunately for us Frank was able to get all 3 of our existing shades repaired at no cost. Once the new shades arrived Frank returned and installed everything. The service was fantastic and we are thrilled with the new shades. I would highly recommend Sunco, and especially Frank, for the fast, affordable and courteous service. 5 stars in my book!!!
